Eligibility for Returns.
Items must be returned within 30 days of Delivery.
Final sale, personalised, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to initiate a return.
Contact us: Email our Customer Service team at info@simulationmotorsport.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
Ship the item: Use the provided shipping label or your own. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.
Refund Process.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing error or a defective product.
Exchanges.
To exchange an item, please follow the same steps as above. Indicate the new item you’d like to receive.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@simulationmotorsport.co.uk. We’ll resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping costs.
